Where Healing Meets Creative Resistance
Tools, music, and guided experiences for self-understanding, resilience, and transformation.
I’m Rob Pompa, LCSW — owner of Pozitive Approach Counseling and Consultation Services, LLC, doing business as The Sovereign Source™. Through this work, I’ve developed the Pozitive Approach™ Academy, alongside music, creative expression tools, workbooks, and Sovereign Signal comfort wear—an integrated ecosystem designed to support regulation, reflection, and real-world application.
My work lives at the intersection of healing, identity, and creative expression.
After years of navigating complex medical and care networks—both personally and professionally—alongside life-altering health challenges, identity-based stressors, and profound personal loss, I reached a point where the traditional model of constant one-on-one care was no longer sustainable for me. I continue to offer limited individual work, but my capacity has changed.
Through my own lived experience—including CPTSD, surviving heteronormative pressures, serious illness, and long-term recovery—and through bearing witness to the people I’ve served, I’ve seen how these systems shape, strain, and at times fracture the human experience.
That realization brought me to something clear:
my priority must be self-preservation, stability, and peace.
At the same time, the knowledge and insight gained through both personal and professional experience still deserve to be shared.
So I changed the way I do it.
Instead of relying solely on one-on-one work, I began building something broader—an ecosystem of tools, music, courses, and reflections designed to support healing at scale, while protecting my own sustainability.
Because the truth is, many of us are navigating systems that make stability difficult.
Disability, economic pressure, and structural barriers can create cycles that are hard to break.
This work is how I meet that reality—honestly.
What once felt like survival became expression.
What became expression turned into structure.
And what became structure is now being shared.
This is not just content.
This is lived experience translated into form.
Through music, guided learning, and creative exploration, this space is designed to help you:
understand emotional patterns
reconnect with your sense of self
move from survival into sovereignty
All work is grounded in trauma-informed principles, self-compassion, and real-world experience.
10% of all support goes toward HIV care initiatives in the Lehigh Valley.
10% supports the Rosie Romance / Restoration Fund at the Dimmick Memorial Library.
You’re not broken.
You adapted.
Now you get to choose what comes next.
